This is what I call customer support!

Wow folks, its not often that i'm forced to deal with customer support.

But here's the deal...

while surfing the net for more information about the Brian May Red Special, I came across the website of a company that makes replicas.

So i thought awesome, and i went to their website to check up the details and see if there's a local dealership. needless to say i couldnt find out much info from the website. it's one of those sites that are basically a online catalogue, but not much else.

so i emailed the company. and guess what. less than 12 hours later i get a response.
AND i get a response from the BOSS of the company!

man that's awesome!!


anyway...

some of their guitars are getting FIRST rate reviews over at

instruments are korean/vietnam made. this requires further investigation!
